Did you know... 

Stockfish is fish dried in fresh air. The drying process is dry and economical. After about 3 months of drying, the fish is matured and about 80% of the water has evaporated. Stockfish maintains all the nutritional goodness during drying. The nutrional content of 1 kilo of stockfish is the same as about 5 kilos of fresh fish. On soaking, the stockfish regains its fresh qualities, giving you a tasty nutritional meal.

We have been in business over the last 10 years and work with Norwegian companies involved in the fishing industry and sell their products worldwide. We specialise in the sale of stockfish. We sell both bales(of 45kg) and pallets sizes.
